On Saturday February 28, 2015 Centre High School will be holding their 10th annual invitational forensics meet. There will be a total of 10 teams at this year’s meet. The forensics meet officially starts at 8 in the morning, and will end around 3:30. Forensics is a great extra curricular activity for students to get involved in to help them express themselves. I asked some of the kids and also the sponsors what there favorite part of forensics is Carissa said, “My favorite part about forensics is talking to walls while practicing your piece and getting those odd stares from people who do not understand." Mrs. Montgomery said, “That her favorite part is all the M&M’s that they eat and the competitor's breathless retelling of IDA draws!” Ally Basore said, “I like forensics because it challenges us to develop new skill sets.” Cassy said, “Forensics is the place to let that little crazy part of you out that you never allow anyone to see.” I hope that everything goes as planned for the rest of the week and we have a fantastic forensics meet on Saturday.
Sincerely,
Taylor Peterson
